RO4350B PCBs are hydrocarbon ceramic boards which are designed to offer superior high frequency performance and low cost circuit fabrication. We benefit from its low dielectric tolerance and low loss, stable electrical properties, low thermal coefficient of dielectric constant, low Z-axis expansion and low in-plane expansion coefficient.

Hybrid PCB
In order to save production cost but not reduce signal loss in high frequency environment, combining with FR-4 came into being. The high frequency material is used in signal layer and FR-4 glass fiber material is used in other layers.
